Thank you for shopping with BaileyPhillipsCreative.online! Every item in our store is custom-made just for you through our Print-on-Demand partner, Printify. Because of this unique process, we ask that you review our return policy carefully.


šŸ›ļø Returns & Exchanges

As all of our products are printed on demand and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing ordered
  • Color preference changes

Please double-check all product details and sizing charts before placing your order.


šŸ” Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right!

To receive a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us at baileyandphillipscreative@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the issue
    • A short description of the problem

We’ll review the issue and submit a claim with Printify on your behalf. Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.


šŸ“¦ Order Not Received

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors and your local post office.
  • Wait 2–3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early.

If it still has not arrived, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


šŸ“¬ Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout:

  • We are not responsible for the item being undeliverable.
  • If the item is returned to us, we can resend it, but additional shipping fees will apply.

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Replacements are only issued for errors caused during production or delivery.
