Thank you for shopping with BaileyPhillipsCreative.online! Every item in our store is custom-made just for you through our Print-on-Demand partner, Printify. Because of this unique process, we encourage you to review our return policy carefully:
ποΈ Returns & Exchanges
As all of our products are printed on demand and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing ordered
- Color preference changes
- To ensure you're completely happy with your purchase, please carefully review all product details and sizing charts before placing your order.
π Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right!
To receive a replacement or refund:
- Contact us at support@baileyphillipscreative.online within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Include:

- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll review your claim and work with Printify to resolve the issue. Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
π¦ Order Not Received
If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors, your local post office, and any building mailrooms or package lockers.
- Wait 2β3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early.
If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
π¬ Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout:
- We are not responsible for items that become undeliverable due to address errors.
- If the item is returned to us, we can resend it, but additional shipping fees will apply.
