Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bailey & Phillips Creative! All of our products are made-to-order, which means we start creating your items as soon as you place your order. Below are the details for how we handle shipping within the United States.
🛠️ Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and sent to production.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the item and order volume.
📦 Shipping Times (U.S. Only)
We currently ship only within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (production + shipping)
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and during peak seasons or holidays.
🚚 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order. Some items may ship separately depending on the Printify partner fulfilling your product.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package right to your door. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
❗ Delays & Address Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
