2. Product Fulfillment

All of our products are made to order using Printify, a print-on-demand platform.

  • We do not stock items or keep inventory.
  • Orders are printed and shipped only after payment is received.
  • Production times usually range from 2–7 business days.
  • Shipping time depends on your location and shipping method selected.

We are not responsible for fulfillment or delivery delays caused by Printify or shipping carriers.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.
We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved methods.

4. Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

However, if you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and photo(s) of the issue.
  • Once approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but may vary.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds.

All content on this website—including logos, designs, images, and product descriptions—is the property of Seasonal Touches and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
