🔁 Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right!

To receive a replacement or refund:

1. Contact us at support@baileyphillipscreative.online within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Include:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review your claim and work with Printify to resolve the issue. Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

📦 Order Not Received

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it:

• Check with neighbors, your local post office, and any building mailrooms or package lockers.
• Wait 2–3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early.

If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

📬 Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout:

• We are not responsible for items that become undeliverable due to address errors.

Once you place your order, production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the item and order volume.

We currently ship only within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–14 business days from order date

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak seasons or holidays.

🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order. Some items may ship separately depending on the Printify partner fulfilling your product.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package right to your door. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
